WASHINGTON (7News) — 15 residents, including three children, were displaced following a three-alarm apartment fire in Northeast D.C. on Saturday, according to DC Fire and EMS.
Crews responded to the 1400 block of Eastern Avenue, NE, where smoke was seen coming from the top floor of a three-story apartment building. Firefighters found the blaze inside a third-floor unit and worked to extinguish the flames.
