‘Shook out my neighbors;’ People respond after video shows explosive shooting at Clark Co. home

Neighbors say that they saw an explosive shot at a home three times before a car drove off on Thursday night in Springfield.

As reported on News Center 7 at 6:00 and 11:00, people say they heard it around Thursday, around 10:40 p.m. on Cecil Street.

News Center 7 obtained a neighborhood video. It shows a minivan riding by. The video shows a flash from the car that hits the house. The car drives past it and out of the camera view.

Seconds later, the car backs up to the house again…
