High Surf Advisory for Orange County Coast
The National Weather Service has issued a High Surf Advisory for Orange County Coastal Areas and San Diego County Coastal Areas. The advisory is in effect from 10 AM Monday, Feb 14 until 4 AM Thursday. Waves are expected to reach 8 to 10 feet, with sets up to 13 feet. Minor coastal flooding may occur.
The surf will peak Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. Conditions will be dangerous for swimming and surfing, with a high risk of rip currents and possible beach erosion.
