KENT COUNTY, MI – Fat Tuesday, or Paczki Day, is just around the corner, and bakeries across Grand Rapids and the region are working to produce a variety of the tasty pastries.
On Tuesday, Feb. 17, people will be looking to buy the pastries filled with jellies and creams and dusted with sugar that originated in Poland.
