A Citra woman has filed a lawsuit against a homeowner and two tenants after she was allegedly attacked by a mixed-breed dog at a property in McIntosh in 2024.
Alanda Gray filed the complaint in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on February 5. The complaint cites the dog’s owners, Kathleen and Gaetano Costa, as well as the property owner, Paul G. Smith, as defendants.
