KALAMAZOO, MI – A man was arraigned this week on several charges related to the sale of drugs and illegally possessing a firearm.
Darius Frazier, 24, was arrested on Feb. 10 following a search warrant conducted in the 1300 block of Concord Place Drive in Oshtemo Township, according to a press release from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
He was lodged at the Kalamazoo County Jail and arraigned on Feb. 12 in the Eighth District Court on the following charges:
- Possession with Intent to Deliver – Heroin / Fentanyl
- Possession with Intent to Deliver – Cocaine
- Weapons – Firearms – Devices to Convert Semiautomatic to Automatic
- Felony Firearm
- Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm
- Prohibited Person in Possession of Ammunition
