Skaneateles, N.Y. — A man was arrested after a hit-and-run crash last week in Skaneateles, troopers said.
Mitchell Collins drove a pickup truck into a man operating a snow blower in a driveway, according to a news release from Trooper Sgt. Jack Keller.
