Green Bay, WI – A mid-week winter system is set to bring a messy mix of rain, snow, and freezing rain across northeast Wisconsin beginning Tuesday night and continuing through Wednesday night.

According to the US National Weather Service in Green Bay, areas along and south of Highway 29 — including Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh — are expected to see mostly rain Tuesday night through much of Wednesday.
