LUBBOCK, Texas — The Texas Tech Pom Squad was selected to represent the United States at the 2026 International Cheerleading Union World Championships in April 2026.
The competition pits the best teams under the umbrella of cheerleading from across the world together in Orlando, Florida. Texas Tech has previously secured the ICU Jazz World Championship at the event in 2022. The six-time national championship program will look to add a pom world title to their collection.
