ST. LOUIS (KMOV/Gray News) – A woman has died after being shot in a Starbucks drive-thru, with the suspected shooter under arrest.
Keith Brown, 58, has been charged with first-degree murder, four counts of armed criminal action, three counts of first-degree robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm as a felon.
