SEATTLE — Light rail riders will notice more trains — and some shorter ones — as Sound Transit begins its final testing phase before connecting Seattle and the Eastside across Lake Washington.
Starting this weekend, the agency launched what it calls “simulated service,” a 40-day test period ahead of the Crosslake Connection’s planned March 28 opening.
