Detroit, Michigan – A springlike surge of warmth will push temperatures near 58 degrees Wednesday before rain transitions to accumulating snow by late Thursday into Friday across Southeast Michigan.

According to the National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac, rain chances climb to 95 percent Wednesday as a widespread system moves into the region. High temperatures will range from the low 40s to upper 50s, warm enough for mainly rain across most of Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, Flint and the Tri-Cities.
