FAIRFIELD, Ala. (WBRC) – Fairfield Mayor Herman Carnes marked his first 100 days in office by highlighting progress his administration has made, emphasizing transparency, and ensuring citizens know where their tax dollars are going.
Carnes said one of the first and most important accomplishments has been cleaning up Fairfield. The city filled eight 40-yard dumpsters with trash from one end of town to the other.
