On Feb. 9, Newton resident Dingrui Wang was supposed to appear in Suffolk Superior Court for a hearing on her illegally performing eyelid surgery in Allston six years ago. But the hearing was called off, because she is now in ICE detention.
The court set another hearing date for March.
