PORTAGE, MI — Boutique clothing retailer Francesca’s will be closing all locations in February, including a store in The Crossroads mall at 6650 S. Westnedge Ave.
The Houston-based retailer filed for bankruptcy in early February. All Francesca’s locations nationwide will be closing. There are 11 Francesca’s locations in Michigan.
