TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – One man is dead after being struck by a vehicle outside of Half Time Liquors on Saturday afternoon, according to Tallahassee police.
A preliminary investigation showed the vehicle entered the parking lot of the liquor store on Lake Bradford Road and pulled into a parking spot. After it came to a stop, the car suddenly sped up and went over the parking block.
