Watervliet, NY (WRGB) — A Schenectady man is facing multiple charges, including a felony count under Leandra’s Law, after Watervliet police said he was driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle.
According to the Watervliet Police Department, officers conducted a traffic stop around 1:00 a.m. near Broadway and 7th Street after observing violations of New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
