A Florida Man was arrested this last week, and the reports say that the suspect lied about his identity.
Officers patrolling a fishing pier and entertainment park in Clearwater, Florida came up on a guy who perfectly matched the description of “a subject with an active arrest warrant” that was issued in a nearby county.
Because they had already had some prior interactions, the police already knew the guy was 30-year-old transient Josiah Darling. Darling was recently arrested for trespassing and was wanted for failing to appear for his January court hearing.
