Thousands fill Ybor City for annual Illuminated Knight Parade

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Thousands of people filled Ybor City Saturday night for the annual Illuminated Knight Parade, a decades-long tradition celebrating Tampa’s Latin heritage and civic pride.

The parade, hosted by the Krewe of the Knights of Sant’ Yago, has taken place every year since 1974, bringing illuminated floats, elaborate costumes, beads, and music to East Seventh Avenue.
