MILAN − Jordan Stolz is eating well. It’s Italy after all, and based on a ton of social-media posts, the Olympics are taking great care of their athletes with a diverse menu.
But this is also the land of bread and pasta, and the 21-year-old speed skater is a Wisconsin guy, which means he likes a good steak as a source of protein.
