Woman struck at illegal car meetup in Omaha, sheriff’s office cracking down

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A woman struck by a car during an illegal meetup in Douglas County has not been identified, leaving authorities concerned about her condition.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office shared disturbing video showing several people watching a driver doing donuts in a parking lot when a woman was struck by the car. The sheriff’s office cannot find her.

“Worst case scenario, is she dead somewhere? Or is she critically injured somewhere laying on someone’s bed right now in a coma?” Douglas County Sheriff Aaron Hansen said.
