SAN ANTONIO, Texas — San Antonio police are investigating a series of incidents, including fatal accidents and aggravated assaults, that occurred on February 14 and 15, 2026.
Officers responded to a major accident at the 7700 Block of NW Loop 410 and Military Drive at approximately 5:05 a.m. on February 14, where an unidentified male was struck by two vehicles while running into traffic. Both drivers remained on the scene to assist with the investigation. The male was pronounced dead at the scene, and the investigation is ongoing, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Later that morning, at around 11:15 a.m., police were dispatched to the 300 Block of NW Loop 410 for another major accident involving a Ford Pickup truck and a Chevrolet Trailblazer. The Ford collided with the Chevrolet and then struck an unoccupied building. The driver of the Ford, a 51-year-old male, was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
