Texarkana, Texas – Drivers across the Ark-La-Tex region are waking up to near-zero visibility as dense fog cuts sightlines to one quarter mile or less, creating dangerous conditions on major highways before sunrise Monday.
According to the National Weather Service in Shreveport, a Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 9 a.m. CST for southwest Arkansas, including Miller and Lafayette counties, north central Louisiana including Caddo and Bossier parishes, and northeast Texas including Bowie, Cass and Harrison counties.
