Gyoza Bar owner Jack Fukuda brings live tuna cutting show to Wichita

On February 15, Gyoza Bar, located at 6428 E. Central, hosted a live tuna cutting show.

To my knowledge, it’s something that hasn’t been done in Wichita before and for that reason, I had to stop by. Tickets were $150 for one of two shows and they both sold out. Honestly, it’s one of the best $150 I have spent this year and here’s why.
