WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Wichita Police Department said the SWAT team and crisis negotiators were called to a standoff involving a possibly armed man on Sunday night.
It happened at a home on 47th Street South near Hydraulic Avenue around 9:45 p.m.
