SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Dozens of classic cars filled the Convention Center in Sioux Falls this weekend.
“We kind of take cars and just kind of get them to the next level is what we do with those,” said Todd Moran, the owner of a 1941 Ford. “And so, some of the features were there, but we actually added a lot like the flames, headlights.”
