Loveland HIP Streets Project Will Mean Section Of Fourth Street Closed

Downtown Loveland’s HIP Streets construction is entering its final stretch, with work set to begin on the fifth and final block of the Fourth Street overhaul. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, starting Monday, Fourth Street will close to traffic between Cleveland and Railroad avenues as crews begin pavement milling in preparation for underground utility work. Over the next six to eight months, crews will replace aging water and sewer lines before rebuilding the roadway and completing streetscape improvements. Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained throughout construction.
