BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The scheduled trial date for Paul Magallanes, charged with murder in his sister-in-law’s death, has been vacated and he’s not due back in court until May, according to court records.
Magallanes, 38, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of Margarita Lopez, 38.
