Harrisburg soldier killed in North Carolina head-on crash

A 22-year-old soldier from Harrisburg was among three people who killed in a head-on collision Saturday morning in North Carolina, according to news reports.

The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. on N.C. Highway 87 in Harnett County where responders found a Toyota Camry and Chevrolet pickup truck with heavy damage and several occupants trapped in the wreckage, according to a report from Watch Out Cumberland County NC.
