HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg man was arrested after police accused him of shooting into a city residence over the weekend.
Police said Ivan Santiago-Castro, 45, allegedly fired the shot into a home in the first block of Evergreen Street. Harrisburg Bureau of Police offers were called to the scene around 11 a.m. Saturday.
