INDIANAPOLIS — There is a box outside of the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Indianapolis that could help save a life.
It is an opioid rescue kit containing resources for an overdose situation.
“If you’re still using and trying to work up to the point where you’re ready to change, come get at least Narcan so if something’s happening, you can correct it,” said Capt.
