Sacramento, California – Water is already covering some roadways across the Sacramento Valley this morning after up to 2 inches of rain fell overnight, prompting a Flood Advisory through 4 p.m. Monday.

According to the National Weather Service in Sacramento, urban and small stream flooding is ongoing across portions of Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Yolo counties.
