LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – An embattled pool company owner who is accused of defrauding customers around the Louisville area will have to wait to learn how much time she could spend in prison.
Tracy Davenport’s sentencing, which was set for today, was postponed until March 2. Davenport was supposed to appear over Zoom but could not because of technical issues.
