BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – An 11-year-old girl was released from the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash Saturday afternoon outside her family’s home.
The incident occurred around 5 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 6300 block of Villa Ashley Drive, according to Baton Rouge EMS. Children were playing in the street when a car hit the girl’s leg and drove off.
