Two Houston men admit to engaging in organized criminal activity that is associated with a convenience store burglary in Bryan two years ago.
Plea agreements with the Brazos County district attorney’s office sentenced 23 year old Brytavion Rogers to 30 years in prison and 21 year old Darius Davonn Wright to seven years. The prosecutor told WTAW News that the punishment was based on the criminal history of the two men.
Prosecutor Kevin Capps also says Rogers and Wright are also responsible for $6,000 dollars in restitution for damaging the store on March 5, 2024. The amount is based on damage to the store that was not compensated by insurance. An undisclosed amount of money taken from an ATM was recovered at the time they and three other men were arrested…
