HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 22-year-old man was arrested on drug charges and outstanding warrants in Horizon City after he was pulled over Thursday afternoon.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, Ernie Garcia was arrested after a traffic stop led to the discovery of two vape pens, which officers described as having a “yellow wax-like substance,” and after officers found he had outstanding traffic warrants.
