JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson Mayor John Horhn offered more details on Monday on his decision to back a controversial water authority bill currently being considered by lawmakers.
“The city council made a tough decision three and a half years ago. The question now is whether the city council is willing to make another tough decision,” he said. “If I had another choice to make, I’d take it.”
