JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin drew a chorus of boos on Monday when he said that JXN Water is doing a good job with its billing system, but that people just don’t want to pay.
“There’s a culture here of folks,” he said, throwing his hands up to multiple audible groans. “People don’t want to pay their bills.”
