JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Jackson Police Department is investigating after a vehicle fled the scene after fatally hitting a pedestrian in a wheelchair.
According to JPD, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the 410 block of East McDowell Road.
