SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Fire crews responded to a home this morning in south Springfield after a fire in a bedroom.
The fire in the 1700 block of West Lennox Drive was confined to one room and was ruled accidental, according to Battlefield Fire Department Battalion Chief Anthony Monnig.
The home is in a neighborhood south of Farm Road 182 east of Kansas Expressway.
Monnig said the fire was confined “to the room of origin.” There were no reported injuries from the situation…
