RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Western Lights Illuminated Arts Festival is a large scale illuminated art festival, co-produced by the City of Reno and Western Lights Festival (WLF). The three-day event transforms downtown Reno into an open-air art gallery for three magical days.
Steve Emmerich the entertainment Director, and Maribel Garcia, board member and contributing artist at the festival, stopped by Morning Break to get the community hyped for the return of this family-friendly event.
