The National Weather Service says there’s a small chance of snow this week.
Rain showers will persist through the week, but there’s a possibility of a mix of rain and snow falling in the lowlands in the South Puget Sound region in the overnight hours and early in the mornings – though that precipitation could change to rain as temperatures rise throughout the day. If it does snow, it’s unlikely to stick, according to a weather briefing from the National Weather Service’s Seattle office, though the Olympic Peninsula and Cascade Valleys could see “brief snow accumulations.”
