Irondale Mayor James Stewart said there will be more than $300 million worth of developments coming to the city within the next two years.
Stewart said the city can expect major developments including Costco, a Subaru dealership, civic center and new apartments among other investments. While some of the projects are already underway, others are still in the contract or proposal phase.
“With all of those things, we’re having a lot of growth, a lot of upgrades, and we’re just becoming a progressive city and we’re just trying to set a standard. And so far, things are going pretty well,” Stewart told AL.com…
