The Montgomery County Commission has denied a rezoning request on Woodlawn’s Dotsonville Road to change 86.9 acres of land from an Ag-Agricultural District to an R-1 Single Family Residential District.
The tract of land is located just south of the Dover Road and Dotsonville Road intersection, and south of York Road.
