CLEVELAND (WJW) — Police have made an arrest in a deadly hit and run that happened in January.

It happened near West 140th Street and Lorain Avenue. A city camera captured the fatal crash. Video shows the driver did not stop and took off after the crash.
The suspect got away that night but not for good. Court records show investigators have now identified the suspect and started filing charges. The case is expected to go to the grand jury soon.
