Bill introduced to create ‘blackout’ license plate

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) — An Ohio lawmaker wants to create a new license plate option for drivers in the Buckeye State.

State Sen. Nathan Manning (R-North Ridgeville) recently introduced Senate Bill 358, which aims to allow vehicle owners the option to consider a “blackout license plate” when purchasing plates.
