T.G.S. Transportation, Inc Voluntarily Files for Chapter 7
T.G.S. Transportation, Inc submitted a voluntary bankruptcy petition on February 13 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, latest PACER data shows. The Fresno-based trucking company made a Chapter 7 filing, which is generally used to liquidate assets, not restructure the business.
Peter Schneider, the President and CFO at T.G.S. Transportation, Inc, was authorized to file the petition on behalf of the company. Attorney Peter Fear of Fear Waddell, P.C., is representing the trucking company in court.
