KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Construction activities are expected to impact traffic along I-75 south on Wednesday, the Tennessee Department of Transportation said.
The department plans to have rolling roadblocks at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, beginning at the Racoon Valley Road exit. The roadblocks should last about 15 to 20 minutes. This comes as crews perform blasting activities near the Emory Road ramp.

“This schedule is contingent on favorable weather conditions,” TDOT said. “Motorists are advised to expect delays and use extreme caution in this area as workers will be present.”
