ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — At the corner of 4th Street and 4th Avenue South in downtown St. Petersburg, crews have been busy painting a series of buildings with a fresh coat and a new look. However, it’s a color and a look that some people do not like.
“It’s hideous. I mean, who comes up with a color like that?” said Marily Semler, who lives nearby.“These were nice places at one time, but they’ve sat empty for probably about three years,” said Semler.
The new color is pink, very, very pink…
