A Citrus County woman has filed a lawsuit against Walmart, alleging she suffered permanent injuries after slipping on water and falling into a produce display at one of the company’s locations in Ocala.
Rose Mary Morgan filed the complaint on Monday, Feb. 2, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court for Marion County. The lawsuit stems from an incident that allegedly occurred on Nov. 4, 2024, at the Walmart Supercenter located at 7855 SW Highway 200 in Ocala.
According to the complaint, Morgan was shopping in the grocery store when she slipped on water on the floor and “fell onto a produce stand.”…
